Shipping
Each verified item unit ships in its own DHL parcel. Shipping is the sum of all individual parcels, including repeated items. Consolidation requires an individual quote.
DHL parcel with tracking and standard liability up to €500 per parcel under DHL terms. Statutory consumer rights, including our responsibility for transit risk, remain unchanged.
Items over €500 require a shipping enquiry until suitable additional transport insurance is verified. No automatic surcharge.

2 kg: max. 60 × 30 × 15 cm. From 5 kg: max. 120 × 60 × 60 cm; girth max. 300 cm (length + 2 × width + 2 × height). Germany max. 31.5 kg; EU max. 30 kg.

Special territories are not automatically EU Zone 1: French/Dutch overseas territories, Canaries, Ceuta/Melilla, Åland, Livigno/Campione d’Italia and Mount Athos. Addresses in ES, FI, IT, GR, FR and NL currently require individual review; a country code alone does not confirm a tariff.
Payment method
- Prepayment by bank transfer – After ordering, the bank details are shown on your order page. We ship once payment has arrived.
- Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA Direct Debit, Klarna & local EU methods – Not connected yet. Online payment will be enabled once the payment provider is set up and the methods are approved.
